Sample meals... #NUTRITION

I have been getting questions about what I eat on a regular basis...  well, some days are better than others if you want me to be honest!  Overall my goal is to eat clean!






So here is today's "menu"-


Breakfast:
3 scrambled eggs with 1/4 avocado
Coffee


Lunch:
Tuna with Paleo Mayo & a hard boiled egg
Peach
Banana coconut flour muffin


Dinner:
I'm going to make 'stuffed zucchini' boats- 
Cut it in half lengthwise, stuff with seasoned ground beef- and whatever else I decide to try mixed in!
Side of sweet potatoes!


I drink lots of water throughout the day, and some days are better than others...  If I'm short on ideas or just don't feel like cooking, I throw together a quick salad- having protein already prep'd (chicken, fish, boiled eggs, etc.) is key to this!  Toss together spinach, lettuce, & protein - and voila :)  Instant healthy meal!
