I've been running a lot lately. More like jogging. I'm not very fast! BUT I am finally getting back into it!!
A little background- waaaaaaaay back in the day (in high school) I actually made it to state in cross country! I loved running, but after some basketball knee injuries and lots of time off, it became a painful necessity instead of something I enjoyed. My dad was a marathon runner and I remember growing up and him always running. I ran with him a lot, also!
Anyhow- I have no plans to race again, but I am happy that I'm finally able to enjoy it again!
I would love to hear running tips from all of my readers!! Just leave a comment if you have suggestions or ideas for others that are interested in running!!
